The villa is available for rental throughout the year (when the owners are not in residence). Prices for a week start at £1200 and we are reasonably flexible with change over days. We are registered with the Greek government and pay Greek tax, which is included in our prices. Also included is cleaning of the villa and pool and the cost of air-conditioning.
Villa Tsampika is a highly popular destination for newcomers and repeat visitors alike who come from all over Europe and the world. As a result, our available weeks tend to become reserved early in year. Please get in touch with Patricia as soon as you can to secure a booking. We are also happy to provide information on the island in general, and on car hire and flights.
